Jamie Tyson, BCBA
Jamie received her bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in 2003 and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2011. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive work experience in both public and private educational settings. Jamie founded Reach in 2010 in order to help meet the growing demand for ABA services in Central Ohio. Jamie feels passionate about providing each client with evidence based treatment.
Samantha Homan, BCBA
Samantha holds a bachelors degree in psychology from The Ohio State University and a Masters degree in psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Samantha has several years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and has extensive knowledge and training in the use of evidence based practices and behavior management procedures.
Dimitri Makridis, BCBA
Assistant Clinical Director
Dimitri received dual bachelor degrees from The Ohio State University in philosophy and international studies and a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where he is currently also pursuing his Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. He has extensive experience working with children and adults across settings and ages and seeks to maximize the potential and quality of the outcomes for each client through the science of behavior.
Bonnie Kuss, BCBA
Bonnie received her Bachelor's degree from Miami University, and her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014, and is a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst. Her background includes working with children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in clinical, school, and home-based settings.
Julianna Nickolas, BCaBA
Julianna was born and raised in Richmond VA. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has been working in the field
of ABA and with individuals on the autism spectrum for about 3 years. she spent her first 2.5 years as an Registered Behavior Technician and the last 6 months as Assistant Behavior Analyst. She has worked with ages 2-18 in both clinic and home-based services. She is currently seeking her Masters Degree in Behavioral Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and plan to sit for the BCBA board exam once she graduates.
Nicole Harris, BCBA

Drey Shipley, BCBA
Drey was born and raised in Columbus. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. He has been working in the field of ABA and with individuals on the autism spectrum for about 4 years. He has worked with ages 2-22 in both clinic and home-based services.
Mackenzie Sokol, BCBA
MacKenzie received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from Otterbein University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Certified Ohio Behavior Anaylst. MacKenzie has experience working with young children and adolescents both in the clinic and home-based settings.
Gabrielle Scragg, IS
Gabrielle graduated from the University of Dayton in 2017 with her Bachelors ofScience in Mild to Moderate K-12 Intervention Specialist. She has experience working with young children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of disabilities.She began working at Reach in 2017 as a Line Therapist and is now a Clinical Supervisor.
Alecia Keyser, BCBA
Alecia received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Ohio State University and her Master's degree in special education from Ball State University. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst. Alecia has experience working with early learners and adolescents, both in the home and clinic setting.
Rebecca Williams, IS
Rebecca was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She received her bachelors degree from The Ohio State University in 2018. She is a licensed Intervention Specialist and will be pursuing her Board Certified Behavior Analysis coursework. She has been working at Reach as a Line Therapist for 4 years and is excited to start this new chapter here at Reach.
Christopher Davis, BCaBA
Chris was born and raised in Newark, Ohio and graduated from Denison University with a bachelor's degree in Communication. He has been in the field of ABA for nine years, six of which have been at Reach, and has recently passed his board certification exam to become a BCaBA. Chris has experience with students ranging in ages from five to eighteen years old in typical schools, private schools and clinical settings.
