During this difficult time, we want our clients and families to know that we are thinking about you and working diligently to ensure continuity of care. Although our day-to-day lives have been significantly impacted we understand the importance of service continuation for our clients and their families. If your family has had an interruption in services, it is our intention to have those services resumed via home-based and/or remote learning opportunities by April 6th.
We recognize the impact that the loss of services can have on our clients and wish to minimize this impact as much as possible while also working to ensure the health and safety or our clients, their families, and Reach employees.
As we move forward you will be receiving specific information from us regarding your child’s individual plan, in addition to instructions regarding the adjustments we have made in service delivery to remain in compliance with all applicable mandates and guidance on social distancing that have been put into place. Please know that we are all in this together so do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time with questions and/or concerns.
